When can I check in ?
You can arrive anytime after 2pm - even late in the night is fine. The Edge Villa has keyless entry which means a pin code will be sent to you before arrival which is used for entry to the front door. We will ask you to provide an ETA in our pre-arrival instruction email, which will be sent to you 7 days before your stay. This will help us to prepare the villa to suit your preferred arrival time.
What's included in the Breakfast supplies?
When booking direct you will receive the following breakfast supplies;
Bacon, free range eggs, orange juice, fresh milk, Baker's Delight bread, a variety of Berrenberg spreads and Brookfarm muesli, porridge and granola. Baked beans and organic pancake mix.
What's included in the Mini bar ?
The "Wet Bar" by the spa bath contains complimentary bottled water, sparkling water, soft drinks and soda water.
We have allergies or food intolerance's - Can you cater to us?
We can definitely cater for vegan and vegetarian diets and also for guests with food intolerance's - just make sure to let us know.
What does self contained accommodation actually mean?
Self contained accommodation means we have set you up in a completed facility that will have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Villa is not serviced during your stay and there are no-onsite staff, so you will have complete privacy.
What if I need help during my stay?
You can contact your host, Bree on 0414 533 070 at anytime if you need assistance. We have local team members who can assist you depending on the situation.
Does the villa have mobile reception?
The Edge Villa is nestled in a mountain valley and is just out of standard mobile service. Wi-Fi is available and you can easily
enable Wi-Fi calling on your smartphone. This allows you to make and receive calls using the Wi-Fi signal.
If you do want to use your phone you will find adequate service as soon as you get to the top of Micthells Road.
Can I use Netflix
Netflix is available, however as our internet is provided by satellite service we ask that you do not chose the high definition option.
Unfortunately unlimited data plans are not available via satellite connections so heavy data usage will reduce the speed for future guests.
Can I get transport - Taxi, Private car or Helicopter directly from the villa?
There are multiple transport options in the Hunter Valley but here are our most recommend.
